One balance works on every model your plan includes. Each model costs its provider's price plus the same markup, so a bigger model simply uses more credits. The figures on this page use each plan's named model at default settings, with short chats of 5k tokens in and 2k out — long agent tasks use more. Credits are not money and can't be cashed out.
On Starter and Pro, no: plan credits refresh every month. On Max and Team Max, unused plan credits roll over for one extra month. Credit packs last 12 months.
You pay once for the year, and your credits still arrive every month, just like a monthly plan.
Two ways: move Max to a bigger credit volume, or buy a credit pack. Packs cost more per credit than any plan and are for paid plans only.
When your credits run out, chat and generations pause until they refresh or you add more. To keep going now, move Max to a bigger credit volume, or buy a credit pack.
Upgrades and bigger Max volumes happen now. You pay the prorated difference first, and the extra credits arrive as soon as the payment goes through. If your bank asks you to confirm, nothing changes until you do. Downgrades, smaller Max volumes and yearly → monthly happen at renewal. Choosing a new plan replaces any change you had scheduled, and turns off a scheduled cancellation.
Team plans are priced per seat. Credits go to a shared pool or to each member, the owner picks. Teams can buy their own credit packs, and storage is pooled per paid seat. For more than the self-serve number of seats, invoicing or a custom credit volume, talk to us about Enterprise.
Personal subscription payments and credit packs are fully refundable within 7 days if none of their credits were used; for plan changes and anything bought for a team, contact support. In the EU you can also withdraw within 14 days under the consumer withdrawal rules. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund Policy.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout from your billing address. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; invoices and your card are under Manage billing. We give 30 days' notice of any price change, and every plan is subject to fair use.
Yes. The Omnibo MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients use your models; it spends the same credits under the same plan rules.
